Frank Martin – A Proven Leader in Automotive F&I Solutions
In 1988, Frank Martin began his career in Finance & Insurance (F&I) within the automotive industry. From the very beginning, Frank excelled in selling finance and insurance products while increasing dealership profits and maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction. After an incredibly successful in-store career spanning from 1989 to 2001, Frank transitioned his knowledge to other dealers, creating a non-product-based resource for temporary F&I staffing.



Since founding F&I Solutions, Frank’s "Finance Pool" has become a vital resource for agencies and dealerships across the country, offering reliable and skilled F&I professionals during periods of staff shortages.

“We’re the go-to F&I resource for dealerships nationwide when they need dependable support for their finance department,” says Frank.
